Michael has been in the recruiting space for nearly 15 years, working with startups to build and scale their teams. Experience ranging from early stage companies with just a handful of employees to publicly traded ones with thousands of team members.
Hannah has worked with a variety of startup companies across health tech, electric vehicles, and autonomous trucking. She brings experience across both technical and non-technical roles from hardware and software engineering to G&A. She specializes in helping early stage teams grow and scale.
Charles is a Technical Sourcer with over six years of experience helping high-growth companies find the right people. He focuses on building strong pipelines for both engineering and G&A roles through creative research and personalized outreach. In his free time he writes fiction.
